Liposuction For All Body Types

Liposuction procedures can help eliminate stubborn pockets of fat in problem areas of the body. However, every body type is different. Fortunately, traditional liposuction, tumescent liposuction, and liposculpture are different procedures designed to target all body types whether you're athletic, curvy, or slender. Follow these guidelines to get the aesthetic results you seek for your individual body type:

Apple

Those with apple shaped bodies tend to hold most of their weight in the middle area, but have thinner arms and legs. Liposuction can help remove fat pockets form the abdomen, hips and buttocks.

Pear

Women with pear-shaped figures hold most of their weight below the waist—namely in the hips, thighs, and buttocks, and sometimes even in the knees and ankles. Traditional liposuction may be used to eliminate fat in the hips and buttocks and micro-liposuction or precision liposuction can contour smaller areas such as the knees, ankles, and inner thighs.

Hourglass

Liposuction procedures can help those who have exaggerated curves throughout the entire body. Treated areas may include the hips, outer and inner thighs, bra fat, and upper arm fat. Ultrasound assisted liposuction is most beneficial in reducing back and hip fat to create new curves.

Slender

Even slender women have problem areas that don't go away with diet and exercise. Micro liposuction procedures are best for naturally slender or physically fit people who have stubborn pockets of fat in smaller areas.

Athletic

Athletic builds may also suffer from stubborn fat deposits that plague the back, knees, arms, or inner thighs. Micro liposuction procedures are ideal for these fat pockets and help provide smooth, even results.
